Regional & Local Resources for County Residents During COVID-19
The following link provides a list of resources with important information about the services being provided in Cattaraugus County and surrounding areas during the COVID-19 crisis. This list is continually being updated for relevant information as it pertains to our current status. Please check back frequently for updates.
When you click on the link the first tab will take you to information on countywide updates from local Emergency Response networks to current information regarding the NY State Pause Policy.

- Education: Go to this section to find information on helping you keep your homeschool student engaged. You will have access to links for games, videos, stories and much more!
- Financial Assistance: If you are in need of financial assistance, the information in this section can help. Here you will find information on SNAP benefits to phone service and rent and mortgage relief.
- Food/Shopping: In this section you can find information on local meal deliveries as well as amended hours and changes in operations of local grocery stores.
- Mental Health: This section provides phone numbers that you can call for mental health services. Also included in this section are helpful links to managing stress and anxiety during this difficult time.
- Recreation: Although we are practicing social distancing and are unable to participate in some of our favorite public recreational activities, this section provides some virtual activities that are currently available.
- Substance Abuse: If you or someone you know needs to speak with someone about substance abuse, there is help available. Please go to this section to find information on counseling services and virtual AA and NA meetings.

- Joann Fabrics has precut masks for anyone willing to donate their time to sew them for local hospitals. Joann employees will carry the supplies to your car and will transport the finished products to local hospitals.
